Jon is Red Tree’s managing director and brings the firm broad life science company creation and investment experience. His successful tenures at Index Ventures and Medicxi Ventures have included multi-billion dollar acquisitions for two of his investments, Synthorx, Inc. and Impact Biomedicines. Jon has led and sourced more than 10 investments, with three of those taken public and three others the focus of acquisition. An active investor committed to the success of his companies, he has served on the boards of 14 companies, while also acting as a board observer for multiple other portfolio companies.
